A day in the life… As the Seasonal Fulfillment Center line worker, you will be completing tasks and assisting in fulfillment of orders placed by consumers on the website accurately and on time. You will be completing tasks in assembly of gift baskets, hand pack products, personalized items, and custom orders. Hours are Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm with the possibility of overtime. Part-time: Available with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week and at least 6 hours per day. This is a seasonal position expected to run through April. Please note: this role is not eligible for benefits. This job posting is not all inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must be able to lift from floor to waist and waist to overhead of up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to push/pull up to100 lbs
  • Frequently bend, carry, and twist/rotate
  • 100% Walking and Standing work positions
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak, read, and write English fluently, with or without an accommodation.

Responsibilities

  • Transport materials to and from the work area.
  • Complete tasks and assist in fulfillment of orders, placed by Consumers on the website accurately and on time.
  • Complete tasks in assembly of gift baskets, hand pack products, personalized items and custom orders.
  • Ensure all item builds meet defined specifications and quality requirements.
  • Assist with cycle counts of inventory to maintain accuracy.
  • Performs clean-up activities - Sweep and keep area clean.
  • Maintain quality and safety processes and procedures.
  • Operate a pallet jack and follow required safety checks and rules.
  • Responsible for assisting unloading and loading shipments in a timely manner.
  • May be assigned other jobs by plant management as required.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure product quality and maintain compliance with food safety standards.
  • Complete and follow FSQA training and programs to comply with regulatory requirements, ensure consumer safety, and support the plant's food safety and quality objectives.
  • Promptly report and take appropriate action on any observed or potential food safety hazards, process deviations, or non-conformities by notifying the designated plant supervisor, in accordance with your role and responsibilities.
  • Actively contributes to the continuous improvement of the company's Food Safety Culture through engagement and actions aligned with your role.
