About The Position

Ensure daily Core & Support Activities (Unloading containers, Receiving, Picking, Staging, Shipping, Special Orders, Quality Control, etc.) are completed on time & in full.
Propose & lead various initiatives and process improvements pertaining to all FC activities.
Ensure safety measures & warehouse rules are known and obeyed by all employees.
Take accountability for core & support activities and propose action plans when results are not met.
Other related tasks.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a FC setting.
• Ability to work physically for extended periods of time: standing, moving and lifting up to 49 lbs (22kg) in variable temperatures.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle, as there is no public transportation to this location.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multistep processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a quality control environment is a plus.
• Experience in a small teams or startups is a plus.
