About The Position
As a Fulfillment Center Associate at Kroger Delivery, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are filled accurately and efficiently within a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the quality of customer orders across various operational work areas, including inbound, outbound, and dispatch. This position requires a commitment to the company's core values, which include respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. You will be part of a team that has grown from a small grocery store in Cincinnati to the largest grocer in the nation, with nearly 2,800 stores across 35 states. In this role, you will be expected to seamlessly fill customer orders, demonstrating your ability to adapt to various job assignments and schedule changes. You will receive and transfer goods from suppliers, pick and pack customer orders in different temperature environments, and assist in the loading and moving processes of customer orders throughout the Fulfillment Center. Achieving productivity goals and targets is essential, as is following quality and accuracy guidelines to ensure a positive customer experience. You will also be responsible for complying with all operational processes and safety guidelines, reporting any equipment defects or health and safety concerns as they arise. Your recommendations to leadership will be valued as part of our commitment to continuous improvement and best practices.
