Requirements

• Able to work scheduled shifts including overtime and/or weekends based on business needs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction.
• Able to stand and walk continuously during an 8-10 hour shift.
• Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently.
• Willing to get hands dirty to complete tasks.
• Ability to adapt to change quickly.
• Extremely detail oriented.
• Ability to quickly understand new processes and identify operational opportunities.
• Must be 18 or older.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse experience is not required; training will be provided.
• Looking to get a foot in the door with a rapidly growing start-up company.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: Accept customers' new inventory and manage the process of getting that inventory put away and accepted into our system.
• Picking: Deliver products to the next stage of the process quickly and accurately, keeping the flow of customer products moving.
• Packing: Ensure the quality of each shipment and pack items correctly, working with the picking team to guarantee perfect fulfillment.
• Other Duties as Required: Assist in other areas as needed to ensure operations run efficiently.
