About The Position
Bald Birds Brewing Company in Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania is expanding our seasonal team of Fulfillment Associates. We’re seeking organized, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and thrive in a team-focused environment. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required — comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. This is a seasonal, temporary role supporting increased production during peak demand periods. Team members will assist with fulfillment, packaging, quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe production environment. Employment is for a defined timeframe, with schedules that may include overtime or weekends based on production needs. Training is provided. Opportunities for extension or permanent placement may be available based on performance and business demands.
Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to bend, stand and twist
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Physical stamina and lifting ability
- Excellent organization and efficient time-management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Must be able to work in ambient conditions
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Loading cases of full cans onto rollers for fulfillment purposes
- Loading individual cans into conveyor lanes for cartooning
- Forming case trays by hand, gluing or machine formed
- Filling case trays with completed cartons to make full cases
- Palletizing unwrapped and wrapped finished cases in correct pallet stack pattern and marking them with the appropriate information for identification
- Packing variety packs and palletizing completed cases for shipment
- Assisting the Packout team by putting loose cans coming off the canning line into a case tray and palletizing on an as needed basis
- Maintaining a clean work environment
- Observe and adhere to all established safety and GMP protocols
