About The Position

At Printful, the Production Team plays an important part in achieving quality. This position is for a detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate who will assist with printing, shipping, packing, and other fulfillment needs, and will also be an essential part of managing the customer experience. Printful is an on-demand printing and fulfillment company that helps people turn their ideas into brands and products. Responsibilities

• Working closely with teammates to move items efficiently through the production process to meet customer expectations and deadlines
• Operating various equipment, like their state-of-the-art printer, which produces a high-quality and vibrant product in a more sustainable way
• Learning the responsibilities of different workstations, such as Posters and Print, Mugs, Canvas, Stickers and Jewelry, to build up skillset as a member of the team
• Performing a quality control check on finished products to make sure all items are correct and meet standards
