The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately and timely picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders, while maintaining clean, organized, and safe staging areas. This role requires delivering excellent customer service by selecting high-quality items, validating orders, answering customer questions, and directing them to appropriate associates. Associates must be certified to operate powered equipment such as Forklifts, Order Pickers, and Narrow Aisle Reach Trucks, adhering to all safety protocols. Key duties also include supporting inventory accuracy through the Orders App and SIMS compliance, resolving short picks with leadership, and performing administrative tasks like audits and locker management. Prompt reporting of safety or theft concerns is essential. The position demands a customer-first mindset, strong communication, and teamwork skills, with other duties potentially assigned to support business needs.
