This position involves accurately picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders on time, while maintaining clean, organized, and safe staging areas. The associate will deliver excellent service by selecting high-quality items, validating orders, answering customer questions, and connecting customers with appropriate associates. Key responsibilities include operating and maintaining certification for powered equipment such as Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck, adhering to all safety requirements. The role also supports inventory accuracy through the Orders App and SIMS compliance, collaborating with leadership to resolve short picks. Administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks like audits, order follow-ups, and locker management are also part of the job, with prompt reporting of safety or theft concerns. The associate is expected to achieve daily responsibilities with a customer-first mindset, utilizing strong communication and teamwork skills. Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.
