The Fulfillment Associate position at Lowe's involves accurately picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe staging area. Associates will operate and maintain certification for powered equipment such as Forklifts, Order Pickers, and Narrow Aisle Reach Trucks, adhering to all safety protocols. Key responsibilities also include supporting inventory accuracy through the Orders App and SIMS compliance, partnering with leadership to resolve short picks, and completing administrative tasks like audits, order follow-ups, and locker management, while promptly reporting safety or theft concerns. The role emphasizes achieving daily job responsibilities with a customer-first mindset, strong communication, and teamwork.
