We’re looking for a dependable Fulfillment Worker to join our Austin-based warehouse team and play a key role in getting BURLEBO gear into the hands of our customers. You will support daily warehouse operations by unloading inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining an organized workspace. Working closely with the team, you will help ensure every order is handled efficiently and accurately while upholding BURLEBO’s standards for quality and service. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Austin, TX. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring a strong work ethic and the ability to perform physical tasks throughout the day. Fulfillment Workers are responsible for moving product, preparing orders, and supporting overall warehouse operations to keep everything running smoothly.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks delivering new inventory
• Pull product for customer and wholesale orders
• Pack and ship orders accurately and efficiently
• Restock shelves and maintain organized inventory areas
• Assist with inventory tracking and cycle counts
• Help maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
• Carry and move 40–50 lb boxes regularly throughout the shift
