As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of Ro's Romeoville fulfillment facility, with a primary focus on accurately packing and preparing outbound orders for timely and efficient delivery to patients. You will also support inbound shipments, assist with inventory replenishment to keep fulfillment stations stocked, and occasionally operate pallet jacks to move materials. The role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace and requires a dependable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail, supporting overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Package and ship outbound patient orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with company SOPs
Prepare shipments, including building boxes and assembling packaging materials, to ensure timely dispatch and delivery expectations are met
Assist with the receipt and organization of incoming inventory from the warehouse as needed
Occasionally operate manual pallet jacks to move materials and support workflow across the facility
Maintain accurate inventory levels through proper stocking and organization practices
Monitor supply levels during daily operations and communicate low stock to team leads or management and replenish fulfillment inventory to ensure packing stations remain stocked and operational
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace across all fulfillment areas
Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets and operational deadlines
Follow established workflows and safety protocols to ensure quality and productivity standards are upheld
Communicate clearly and effectively with team members to support smooth day-to-day operations
Perform additional fulfillment and warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors or team leads
