This position involves picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders accurately and on time, while maintaining clean, organized, and safe staging areas. The role requires delivering excellent service by selecting high-quality items, validating orders, answering customer questions, and connecting customers with appropriate associates. Responsibilities also include operating and maintaining certification for powered equipment such as Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck, adhering to all safety requirements. The associate will support inventory accuracy using the Orders App, ensuring SIMS compliance, and collaborating with leadership to resolve short picks. Additional duties include completing administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks like audits, order follow-ups, and locker management, and promptly reporting safety or theft concerns. The role emphasizes a customer-first mindset, strong communication, and teamwork.
