The Fulfillment Associate role is a part-time, flexible position responsible for accurately and timely picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders. This includes maintaining clean, organized, and safe staging areas, and delivering excellent customer service by selecting high-quality items, validating orders, and assisting customers. The associate will also be required to operate and maintain certification for powered equipment such as Forklifts, Order Pickers, and Narrow Aisle Reach Trucks, adhering to all safety requirements. Key aspects of the role involve supporting inventory accuracy through the Orders App and SIMS compliance, partnering with leadership on short picks, and completing administrative tasks like audits and order follow-ups. The position emphasizes a customer-first mindset, strong communication, and teamwork, with other duties potentially assigned as needed to support business operations.
