About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Part-Time Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic fulfillment team at RCX Sports. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing products to fulfill customer orders while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. This position requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to teamwork to achieve warehouse goals. The Fulfillment Center offers a flexible schedule for part-time associates. During the seven months of standard shipping operations, hours will range from 15 to 20 per week, with flexible days and times. The busiest periods are March, April, August, September, and December, during which part-time associates may work between 20 to 30 hours per week, depending on their availability and capacity to take on additional hours.
