Team Members are responsible for processing merchandise through a variety of operational tasks that require strong product knowledge, independent decision-making, and the ability to quickly learn processes, tools, and equipment. This role is accountable for meeting productivity and quality standards within assigned departments and may support multiple areas based on business needs and product flow.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, and process incoming merchandise from vendors and stores; prepare and ship packages to stores, vendors, customers, and business partners (domestic and international).
  • Manage carton control, product sorting, and distribution to appropriate inventory locations; consolidate and pack outbound shipments.
  • Support internal package pickup and delivery throughout the facility.
  • Process merchandise across operations, including purchase orders, invoices, worksheets, inventory management, and cycle counts.
  • Perform physical product movement within manufacturing, vault, and eCommerce areas.
  • Utilize systems and tools such as RF scanners, automated picking systems, and inventory management platforms for transfers, put-away, and order fulfillment.
  • Handle multiple tasks related to merchandise processing while meeting service level expectations.
  • Assist with customer-related inquiries, including incoming calls, warranty repair follow-ups, and coordination with Quality Control and Business Operations to expedite requests.
  • Meet individual productivity and performance standards; track and report daily results.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality in product handling, packaging, and inventory movement.
  • Verify SKUs, inspect merchandise, and ensure proper ticketing.
  • Maintain proficiency across various technology platforms, including shipping systems, inventory software, sorting systems, and RF equipment.
  • Ensure accuracy in all tasks and transactions performed.
  • Support semi-annual inventory processes, including reconciliation and accuracy checks.
  • Process new merchandise, including inspection, system entry, assignment, and secure storage placement.
