About The Position

This position is primarily responsible for supporting operations by ensuring timely order fulfillment to clients. Duties may include inventory, pulling order, packing and shipping orders, receiving orders, etc. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure orders are processed in accordance with the company’s customer service standards. Pack products per order standard specifications and scan contents for inventory tracking and confirmation of order accuracy. Keep work area clean. Receive incoming product and sorting boxes. Work in accordance with company safety guidelines. Stock inventory. May make recommendations for process improvement. Effectively manage time to be able to meet established deadlines. Check all incoming product against purchase orders and vendor packing slip and placing merchandise in proper location. Perform cycle counts. Maintain a working knowledge of the operational process and procedures. Pulling items ordered from proper locations and preparing for shipment. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that would provide the required abilities.
  • 2 years of Warehouse Experience.
  • FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip or similar experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have proficient computer knowledge with MS Office software suites.
  • Must be a self-starter with excellent time management skills.
  • Must have strong critical thinking skills – able to anticipate problems and provide solutions.
  • Must be detail oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and consistency.
  • Dedication to excellence and a strong work ethic.
  • An ability to function well as part of a team.
  • Diligent attention to safety.
  • Ability to move, lift heavy products.
  • Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Fulfillment experience would be preferred.
