About The Position
As a Fulfillment Associate, you will ensure customer orders are processed efficiently, and shipments are handled accurately. You will coordinate with third-party vendors and maintain documentation to support smooth operations. Your role will be essential in meeting customer service standards and optimizing order fulfillment processes. You will report to the Manager, Fulfillment and work from our local office in Austin, TX.
