Bluestem Brands is seeking Fulfillment Associates for our Eatonton, GA Distribution Center. As a Fulfillment Associate, you are responsible for executing the logistics within the Fulfillment Center.
Responsible for separating, sorting, and processing specific merchandise.
Utilize a warehouse management system to receive goods, process customer orders, or process returned merchandise.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
Follow standard operating procedures to reflect department processes.
Meet individual daily production metrics as assigned to support overall customer service level expectations.
Perform responsibilities in multiple departments as assigned.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Report any issues to supervisor in a timely manner.
Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement.
Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.
Report to work as scheduled and complete job tasks as assigned accurately and on time.
Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations and notify supervisors of any issues or concerns.
Contribute ideas on ways to improve and optimize warehouse procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment.
