About The Position

The position involves providing support to the Customer Fulfillment and Warehouse Manager. The role includes receiving, unloading, and stocking sterile inventory, performing inventory counts, conducting quality control inspections, and assisting in packaging orders. The candidate will also manage paperwork related to inspections and communicate with customers professionally.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
• Must be able and willing to regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to be at work reliably and consistently

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in an office setting preferred, but not required
• Experience with SAP helpful

Responsibilities

• Provides support to Customer Fulfillment and Warehouse Manager
• Helps receive, unload and stock sterile inventory received from Ovesco AG and Robling using FIFO method
• Performs weekly inventory counts of sterile goods in inventory room and manages organization of warehouse/stockroom
• Performs quality control inspections for sterile goods, including incoming goods received from Germany, incoming USA-assembled product from packaging partner, and all FTRD devices
• Completes all applicable paperwork related to inspections of incoming goods to give to the Quality Manager
• Assists in packaging orders and preparing shipping labels
• Calls on pricing revisions
• Helps order shipping supplies
• Sends order confirmations to customers
• Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail and mail
• Displays professional appearance and behavior
