Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1–2 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to GOEX’s mission and values.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the workday.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including exposure to varying temperatures and humidity.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, carts, etc.)
  • Manual dexterity to handle products and materials with accuracy and care.

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently pull orders, consistently staying three days ahead of schedule. Reports discrepancies or inventory issues to the Operations Director.
  • Updates order statuses in systems per standard processes.
  • Follows all outgoing shipment guidelines and triple checks orders for accuracy.
  • Assists with post-press and provides additional quality control.
  • Stock warehouse shelves and make notes of inventory discrepancies.
  • Receives and reviews incoming products including counting, comparison against packing list, and quality checking. Reports discrepancies to the Purchasing and Administrative Coordinator.
  • Helps facilitate customer pickups, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned.
