The Fulfillment Analyst is responsible for optimizing inventory by location to deliver an easy and inviting customer experience and deliver on financial objectives. The Fulfillment Analyst manages ordering and inventory flow with our logistics partners and stores to maximize efficiency and work within capacity constraints. They work with their regions or channel partners to ensure the proper inventory depth by article is deployed and maintained by location.

Requirements

• This is an early talent role. Recent graduate, or Discount Tire store experience.
• Skills expected: analytical skills, communication, organization, customer focus, collaboration, results focus, problem solver, comfort working with systems and large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain appropriate fulfillment parameters, including lead time, safety stock, and order cycle.
• Ownership of calendars, purchase order management, and tracking.
• Refine system settings to drive key performance indicators, such as store fill rate and in stocks, in partnership with the regions.
• Collaborate with Demand Planners and Supply Planners to ensure an accurate demand forecast and inventory policies feed our fulfillment execution.
• Execute inventory strategies on exits and new product launches, based on collaboration with Supply Planning.
• Partner with Logistics in the execution of new supply chain network flow paths and models.
• Coordinate inventory actions on constrained supply with Supply Planning, including product substitutions.
• Execute flow path adjustments of articles as required, in partnership with Supply Planning.
• Use and maintain the Supply Planning software as the primary execution system.
