Qualifications The FUL Operator is responsible for handling material and managing raw material orders and ensuring customer-specific labeling requirements are met. This role plays a critical part in inventory accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction by verifying that materials and labels align with customer specifications.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required; training will be provided
  • Ability to follow instructions and learn production processes.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with supervision.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to safely use production tools and equipment after training.
  • English language speaking and reading fluency required.

Responsibilities

  • Pull raw material orders according to work orders, customer requirements, and production schedules.
  • Verify raw materials, quantities, lot numbers, and locations prior to movement or staging.
  • Ensure new labels are accurate and comply with customer specifications, including product name, lot number, quantities, and regulatory requirements.
  • Apply, replace, or verify labels on raw material containers as required.
  • Stage raw materials for production, repacking, or shipment in designated areas.
  • Accurately complete inventory transactions, documentation, and label verification records.
  • Conduct pre-shift forklift inspections and report mechanical or safety issues immediately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of forklift paths, staging areas, and warehouse locations.
  • Identify and report discrepancies, labeling issues, damaged containers, or nonconforming materials to supervision.
  • Follow all safety rules and procedures and maintain an accident- and injury-free work record.
  • Comply with all relevant SQF, GMP, safety, and company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work overtime as required to meet operational needs.
  • Take direction from the Warehouse Lead, Production Lead, or Supervisor.
  • Support the company in achieving established performance and operational goals.
  • Contribute to the department’s ability to meet targeted safety, accuracy, and compliance goals.
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.
