Manages project teams and client relationships by clearly communicating expectations for project requirements, scope, schedule and budget. Manages project financials to validate cost, revenue and profit. Evaluates specifications for plan procedures, start and completion dates, and staffing requirements for each phase of the construction project. Hires, directs and motivates supervisory personnel, subcontractors and staff engaged in planning and executing work procedures. Interprets specifications and company policies to subordinates and/or contractors and enforces safety regulations. Reviews and approves all invoices pertaining to the construction department and submits all approved bills to the regional accounting department for processing and payment. Prepares and/or supervises the creation of proposals for future work. Manages quality and H&S to achieve zero accidents and ensure quality goals are met. Identifies value-creation opportunities during bid and/or early project phase.
