About The Position

The Fueling Systems Manager provides strategic technical advisory, engineering
expertise, and operational guidance across United Pacific's fueling
infrastructure and facilities maintenance portfolio. This non-supervisory role
focuses on technical problem-solving, capital project support, and work order
quality assurance to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and cost
optimization across 650 plus retail locations, with a specific focus on fueling
technology.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in petroleum fueling systems, facilities management, or equivalent infrastructure operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in fueling infrastructure, underground storage tank systems, environmental compliance requirements, and multi-site retail operations is required.
• Experience with capital project coordination and vendor management is required.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills, with ability to work effectively across operations, compliance, and external service providers is required.
• Knowledge of California and multi-state regulatory compliance frameworks is required.
• Proven proficiency with the full Microsoft Office suite is required. Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with PowerPoint is also required.
