About The Position

As a Fueling Supervisor, you are responsible for supervision, directing, training and assisting fueling personnel. You ensure safe on-time fueling operation, customers coordination and interface, reinforcing all applicable regulations, policies and safety practices. Responsible for Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental activities at the station with an objective of reducing employee injuries, aircraft and equipment damage.

Requirements

• Good command of the English language both verbal and written.
• Valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years' experience in fueling operations.
• Experience in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, transfer, and dispense petroleum fuel products.
• Supervise fueling staff.
• Maintain the daily fueling operations.
• Coordinate the activity with lead-fueler and fuelers in performing into plane and ground equipment fueling services.
• Disseminate instructions to fueling personnel and monitor their activities.
• Make spot assignment changes to optimize manpower and equipment utilization in an ever-changing workflow.
• Ensure compliance with company, airlines, FAA, MWAA and OSHA procedures, rules and regulations.
• Assist in the training process of all newly hired and promoted fuelers, leads, dispatchers and supervisors.
• Account for fuel dispersals and receipts.
• Interface with airlines shift management personnel to implement expansion as operational requirements dictate.
• Work with airport operations personnel to ensure all safety and security guidelines are adhered to participate in airlines audit.
• Perform operative gauge procedures as necessary.
• Implement monthly communication, safety and staff meeting.
• Complete accident/incident investigation and all associated paperwork as necessary.
• Perform other duties as directed by immediate supervisor and or listed in GPPM Supplement.
• Implement daily tail gate meeting.
