About The Position

Supports fuel procurement strategy related assignments, including program management over-site & monitoring activities and direct customer service activities. Carrys out administrative tasks associated with program management activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalence experience
  • Knowledge of business software, spreadsheet applications.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Evidence of organizational and time management skills.
  • Evidence of strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with administrative tasks associated with vendor performance KPI's
  • Assists with administrative tasks associated with program management activities.
  • Actively uses quality tools, participating in activities that identify and implement enhancements to procurement and vendor administration processes, policies and systems.
  • Uses appropriate system of records, monitoring, tracking and maintaining overall program, process and systems compliance.
  • Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
