About The Position
The position involves direct supervision of M&O field personnel in a 24/7 operational environment. The supervisor will be responsible for daily assignments and schedules, ensuring that critical airport maintenance and operational needs are met at all times. The role requires managing a maintenance software database to ensure timely completion and closure of work orders and tasks, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Excel. The supervisor will work closely with the local Operations Manager and General Manager to address problems and communicate necessary information. Compliance with regulatory agencies, company policies, and safety standards is paramount, as well as maintaining facility and fuel system compliance with ATA Specification 103 inspections. The supervisor will also coordinate fuel deliveries, conduct shift briefings, and ensure timely responses to airlines and third-party fueling teams regarding equipment-related issues and audits. The role may involve training employees, conducting interviews, and managing employee performance. The supervisor must be available to work off hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and must represent the company positively while modeling ethical business behavior and integrity.
