About The Position

Jacobus Energy, LLC is seeking local drivers to join our team under new management. We offer an hourly rate that includes overtime, along with pay for performance, paid time off (PTO), and holiday pay. Drivers can expect to cover 1000-1500 miles per week, operating state-of-the-art Kenworth and Western Star trucks equipped with automated onboard technology. The operating area is local, but we also have a Travel Driver position available, which involves changing delivery areas based on needs, with additional travel pay included. Our team members often serve as first responders during disasters and emergencies, and we provide additional compensation for this role.

Requirements

• Class A or B CDL (Class B Trucks)
• Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements
• Stable Work History
• Meets Company MVR Standards

Nice To Haves

• Previous driving experience (not required as training is provided)

Responsibilities

• Drive local routes safely and efficiently
• Maintain compliance with all transportation regulations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles
• Ensure timely delivery of fuel to designated locations
• Participate in training and safety programs
• Assist in disaster recovery efforts as needed
