About this opportunity We are seeking a Fuel Clerk to support daily fuel operations. This role assists drivers with fuel routes, emergency fuel needs, fuel card services, and EFS money codes while monitoring fuel compliance and reviewing transactions for accuracy. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Pay and Schedule This position is on site Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM. The pay range is $16 -$19/hour dependent on experience. Benefits Offered Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401k PTO Other Voluntary Insurances KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer the Fuel Desk phone and assist drivers with new fuel routes and emergency fuel. Monitor and report on driver fuel stop compliance. Review fuel transactions for potential fraud and coordinate with drivers and Driver Managers to provide fuel card replacements as necessary. Answer the Advance Desk phone and assist drivers and vendors with EFS Money Codes. All EFS Money Code maintenance. Scan and index weekly fuel invoices. Activate new and replacement fuel cards for drivers as needed. Support the Scanning department as needed, including: Receive, verify and scan all documents. Index all documents to the proper areas. Support Accounts Payable as needed. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Ability to collaborate effectively with a team. Ability to work independently as needed to support the group effort. Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Proficient in the use of personal computers, including Excel. Ability to multitask.
