Job Summary: The Fuel Category Manager to join our team role is essential in supporting commercial diesel store operations, managing capital expense projects, and driving diesel strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management abilities and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various departments. Responsibilities

  • Meeting HSD volume and margin goals
  • Communicate with Supply and Logistics regarding diesel and DEF in HSD locations
  • Support Store Operations in HSD Sites
  • Facilitate training for HSD Store Managers
  • Communicate new initiatives
  • Respond to store questions and concerns
  • Assist in maintenance issues
  • Create and manage HSD capital expense projects
  • Own all communication to support teams
  • Partner with Real Estate HSD expansion location, volume and margin projections
  • Partner with B2B Understanding fleet discounts and pricing
  • Review of fleet performance by site and card type
  • Support B2B in providing customer service to fleet accounts
  • Pricing Daily pricing of HSD sites
  • Create pricing strategies for HSD sites
  • Own PDI processes for HSD
  • Manage diesel customer merchandise
  • Review & create HSD marketing
  • Conduct quarterly site visits and quarterly competitor visits
  • Create and update data sets for Upper Management on HSD Performance
  • Car Wash Category Management
  • Work with operators and vendors to meet sales and
  • Conduct quarterly site visits and quarterly competitor visits
  • Review performance, recognizing successes and addressing issues
  • Create and manage incentive and marketing campaigns
  • May be required to manage other categories as defined by Fuel Director Air/Vac Ice Propane Other Forecourt items
