About The Position

The Fudge/Candy Maker position at Mackinac Chocolate Co. LLC involves the preparation and production of fudge and other candy products. Requirements

• High school education is required.
• 12 months of experience in a similar role is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and tend to equipment for processing ingredients in food manufacturing.
• Perform customer service activities, including greeting and assisting customers.
• Demonstrate products to customers and replenish shelves as needed.
• Prepare fudge by mixing, pouring, and cutting according to recipe guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work environment following health standards.
• Follow food storage, handling, and preparation guidelines.
• Ensure high-quality food items are served in a timely manner.
• Assist with seasonal merchandise moves and restock as required.
• Operate the computerized Point of Sale register system.
