What You'll Do As an FTV (First Time Visitor) Esthetician, you are the first hands-on experience clients have with our brand. You play a key role in creating a memorable introduction to our treatments while working alongside our Skin Health Consultants to guide new clients toward their long-term skin health journey.
Requirements

- Team Player: Ability to collaborate closely with Skin Health Consultants and leadership to deliver an exceptional first-time visitor experience.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule (36-40 houres per week) within our hours of operation (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Sunday).
Responsibilities
- Transform Skin: Deliver professional chemical peels, hydradermabrasion, ultrasound treatments, and body contouring treatments while creating a welcoming and results-driven first experience.
- Support Consultations: Work closely with Skin Health Consultants to reinforce treatment recommendations, answer client questions during service, and help guide first-time visitors toward the best treatment plan for their goals.
- Educate During Treatment: Build rapport with clients by explaining our services, technology, and skincare philosophy while helping them understand how ongoing treatments and professional home care enhance their results
- Sales-Oriented Mindset: Confidently discuss treatment plans, memberships, packages, and retail products during service to support the team in converting first-time visitors into long-term clients.
- Lead by Example: Maintain meticulous client documentation and support the management team in upholding our gold-standard brand protocols.
