About The Position

SAGE Dining Services® is seeking an experienced steward to join their team at a private school in Fort Worth, TX. This full-time position involves maintaining a clean and welcoming kitchen environment while providing excellent service to guests. The role emphasizes culinary excellence and teamwork, with opportunities for career growth and ongoing training.

Requirements

• Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.
• Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.
• Prior commercial dishwashing experience preferred, but motivated individuals can be trained.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
• Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members, providing service with a smile.
• Dispose of waste and maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled utensils, dishes, and pots.
• Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure an exquisite dining experience for guests.
• Set up and break down the dish machine and sanitize kitchen equipment.
