Requirements

• Ability to perform the basic functions as stated above.
• Math skills sufficient to calculate time and money for cashier-related duties.
• Must be able to drive an automatic transmission; some locations may require manual transmission.
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the US.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; 21 years or older for off-airport locations.
• Must be willing to submit to and pass a drug test and background investigation.
• Ability to grasp, push, scoop, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to bend and walk through parking lot or move up and down parking garage ramps.
• Must possess vision and hearing faculties sufficient to perform essential functions.
• Must be willing to work in a parking location/garage/booth/office.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for driving, parking or valet duties.
• May need to pass a MVR/Driving Record check depending on position requirements.
• If driving a shuttle bus, must be able to sit for extended periods and take a physical as required.

Nice To Haves

• HS Diploma or GED.
• Prior knowledge and experience with cleaning, general repair/maintenance, or electrical repair.
• Prior customer service industry experience.
• Experience and ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment depending upon customer volume.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and building maintenance duties both inside and outside of the location/facility.
• Utilize proper equipment and follow all safety precautions for janitorial or other assigned duties.
• Assist with facility/office equipment and/or furniture moves and meeting set-ups using proper lifting techniques.
• Clean windows, vents, and fixtures; sweep and/or mop walkways, steps, and restrooms as needed.
• Keep maintenance shop in clean and safe order if applicable.
• Push dumpsters from location to trash collection area while using proper safety precautions.
• Remove snow from walks and steps with appropriate tools and apply sand and salt during icy conditions.
• Remain vigilant for anything unusual or potentially threatening and inform management immediately.
• Monitor work area and property for safety and security.
• Report any accidents, hazards or maintenance requirements immediately to a manager.
• Recognize potentially dangerous situations and respond in the safest and most effective manner.
• Participate in all safety and security trainings within the market.
• Hand or power wash customer or company vehicles as needed.
• Drive and park customer and company vehicles in confined areas.
• Perform cashier-related duties or fill in as a customer service representative.
• Perform general handyman duties including simple repairs of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical facets of garage.
• Coordinate delivery of maintenance related items from maintenance shop to locations.
• Identify and tag broken ballasts for landlord replacement.
