About The Position

As a Sweet Waters Bartender at Valley River Inn, you will be responsible for preparing and serving inspired drinks while delivering distinctive experiences for guests. Your role is to impress guests with your beverage expertise and techniques in an expertly maintained atmosphere. You will create connections and craft cocktails that enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

  • At least one year of related education, training, and/or experience.
  • Current State Food Handler's License and OLCC Permit required.
  • Working knowledge of bar equipment and drink mixing techniques.
  • Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system.
  • Understanding of applicable liquor laws and regulations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a hospitality or bartending role.
  • Knowledge of local wines and spirits.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of drinks and cocktails.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences through beverage expertise.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  • Operate the computerized Point of Sale system effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with liquor laws and regulations.
  • Handle cash and perform standard cash handling procedures.
