Requirements

• 2 to 4 years experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Stock-related experience is a plus.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing ladders, crawling, reaching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Acting greeter, runner, cashier, answering phones.
• Understanding and executing operational policies and procedures.
• Packing/unpacking shipments and organizing the stock room.
• Supporting front of the house and back of the house operations.
• Managing conflict and identifying opportunities to support the team in delivering a transformational customer experience.
