About The Position
Driven by compassion, inclusivity, integrity, teamwork, and work-life balance, the individual in this position acts as the first point of contact and representative of the Academic Advising team and has excellent interpersonal skills. This position is crucial for ensuring the effective operation of advising services, supporting both advisors in their roles and students while promoting engagement. The individual successfully manages multiple tasks and priorities, including supervising student employees. The position also contributes to developing and implementing procedures that promote and enhance student success. Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community. Final candidates will be subject to a criminal background check as part of the employment process.
