About The Position
As a pharmacist, you will provide world-class customer service in stores, ensuring that every customer's needs are met and that their shopping experience is enjoyable and remarkable. You will take responsibility for the overall operation of the pharmacy, focusing on maximizing controllable profit while minimizing expenses. Compliance with current company standards and all Federal and State regulations is essential. You will treat customers and employees ethically and respectfully, promoting an inclusive and efficient work environment. Additionally, you will assist the pharmacy manager with supervisory responsibilities, including training associates, planning, assigning or directing work, addressing complaints, and solving problems.
