The schedule for this position is every Monday and Tuesday, every other Thursday, every other Friday and every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday). All shifts are from 6:00am to 2:00pm. This employee will report directly to the Nutrition & Culinary Director.

Requirements

• Demonstrated compatibility with PHS' mission and operating philosophies.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Responsibilities

• Creating a high-quality dining experience for customers.
• Assisting with meal preparation.
• Preparing the dining room.
• Serving meals consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.
