About The Position

SAGE Dining Services® is looking for a part-time line server to join their team at a private school in Plano, TX. Requirements

• Experience as a prep cook or line server in a commercial kitchen preferred.
• Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist with front-of-house needs and set the serving line.
• Prepare minor cold prep items such as salads, sides, and sauces.
• Serve guests during lunch and maintain communication with the back-of-house regarding food in warmers.
• Ensure customer service areas are well-maintained for an enjoyable dining experience.
• Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques.
