The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the selection of customer orders using e-commerce software and picking methods. This team member will assign fulfillment team members to specific locations for selection and oversee the selection shift and merging/loading.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position
• Must meet the company performance standards for the job including but not limited to regular attendance
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job
• Must agree to wear the proper assigned clothes, shoes, and other protective equipment as assigned by this job

Responsibilities

• Review the fulfillment team schedule and assign team members to jobs in various locations, including dry, chill, frozen, and bulk
• Oversee the daily shop for same day and next day deliveries
• Ensure fulfillment team members are meeting productivity requirements
• Train new fulfillment team members
• Oversee the merging/loading area to load completed orders onto trucks for home delivery
• Teach 'Would I buy it' to fulfillment team members to minimize broken promise indicators
• Teach cold chain to prevent food spoilage
• Ensure gel packs and dry ice are readily available and accessible
• Work in various temperature zones throughout the warehouse
• Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to food safety standards
• Demonstrate the company's values of CARE, INTEGRITY, TEAMWORK, COURAGE, and HUMOR
• Utilize computer knowledge and proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Work independently with minimal direction/supervision
• Be self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative
• Maintain a customer-oriented attitude
• Perform other duties as assigned
