About The Position

What you will be doing

Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and nametag when working.
Ensure the safety and security of Resort guests and employees while in the pool area by monitoring pool usage and ensuring that all guests are abiding by published safety rules and guidelines.
As directed by the Property Engineer, maintain proper chemical and temperature levels in the pool, whirlpool, sauna, etc., to ensure guest comfort and adherence to state and local regulations.
Assist as needed with the processing of pool area linen to ensure that a supply of towels is maintained at all times.
Assist swimmers in trouble or involved in accidents in the water or on the deck.

Requirements

• Must have Lifeguard Certification
• High work ethic and self-initiative
• May be required to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Someone who enjoys working as and being part of a team that provides great experiences for our Guests!
