About The Position
Join Our Team at Arapaho Valley Ranch – Granby, Colorado Seasonal Full-Time Position | Dorm Style Housing Available | Work in the Heart of the Rockies Nestled near Lake Granby and just outside Rocky Mountain National Park, Arapaho Valley Ranch is a family-owned mountain getaway offering cabins, glamping, RV sites, and lodge accommodations. We're looking for a friendly, professional FT Seasonal Guest Services/Front Desk team member to be the welcoming face at our resort this season! If you enjoy connecting with guests and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you!
Requirements
- Must pass background check
- Must have strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- General knowledge and comfortability working with computers
Responsibilities
- Checking guests in and out
- Reservation management
- Phone/E-mail communication
- Providing local recommendations and property information
- Retail sales and light housekeeping coordination
- Assisting guests with questions and other various requests
