About The Position
Join Our Team at Arapaho Valley Ranch – Granby, Colorado Seasonal Full-Time Position | Dorm Style Housing Available | Work in the Heart of the Rockies Nestled near Lake Granby and just outside Rocky Mountain National Park, Arapaho Valley Ranch is a family-owned mountain getaway offering cabins, glamping, RV sites, and lodge accommodations. We’re looking for an energetic, dependable full-time seasonal Groundskeeping team member who loves the outdoors and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences. As stewards of a scenic outdoor environment, we take pride in maintaining clean, healthy, and welcoming grounds for our guests. In this role, you will be a key part of shaping the look, feel, and safety of our property. Requirements
- Experience with landscaping, groundskeeping, and outdoor maintenance work.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license.
- Must pass background check.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and contribute positively to a team environment.
- Must be able to lift over 50lbs and have the ability to bend, lift and squat.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of campground and RV maintenance and repair preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform seasonal landscaping and groundskeeping tasks, including mowing, trimming, mulching, and maintaining natural areas.
- Assist with general upkeep of the campground’s facilities, ensuring clean and safe common spaces.
- Conduct routine inspections of grounds and infrastructure to identify and address hazards or repair needs.
- Operate small engine equipment, tractors, and lawn/grounds maintenance machinery confidently and safely.
- Support basic seasonal maintenance of plumbing, electrical, and RV site utility systems as needed.
- Assist with seasonal improvement projects as needed.
