Marc Jacobs International, powered by the creative genius of Marc Jacobs, seeks a Sales Supervisor to join its St. Louis Premium Outlet location in Chesterfield, Missouri. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the store and driving sales performance. The Sales Supervisor will partner with and assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store functions, including sales generation, people development, merchandising, and operations. This position requires a proactive approach to coaching and developing sales associates on the floor while also driving personal sales performance. In addition to sales responsibilities, the Sales Supervisor will be responsible for training all Point of Sale (POS) transactions and overseeing customer service issues as they arise. The role also includes the responsibility of opening and closing the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring that all operational procedures are followed and that the store is ready for business each day. The ideal candidate will have a strong retail background and a passion for customer service, as well as the ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve sales goals.
