Summit Racing Equipment is seeking energetic and personable individuals to join our #1 rated Customer Service team at our retail store in McDonough. Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Comfortable talking with customers.
• Passion for service and commitment to supporting customers and their hobby.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a customer service role in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.

Responsibilities

• Obtaining merchandise purchased and ensuring orders are correct and complete.
• Delivering merchandise to the customer.
• Assisting customers by bringing larger items to their vehicle.
• Completing customer payment and returns transactions.
• Processing customer returns and stocking shelves and counters with merchandise.
• Assisting in setting up advertising displays or arranging merchandise on counters to promote sales.
• Helping to keep the store neat and organized by cleaning shelves, counters, and displays.
