Major activities include assisting the Store Manager in managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and executing company policies and standards. The role also involves managing truck processes, planogram processes, shrink and safety programs, and serving as Manager on Duty (MOD). Additionally, the position requires maintaining seasonal sets and feature space to visual merchandising standards, assisting with interviewing and training new team members, and promoting a positive work environment.
