About The Position
KARM Stores is excited to announce the opening of a new location in Oak Ridge, and we are currently hiring for entry-level positions within our processing team. This role is essential to our operations, as it involves a variety of tasks related to accepting donations, presorting, and pricing merchandise. Team members will be expected to perform daily job duties efficiently and effectively, contributing to our mission of revealing, telling, and providing for our community. We pride ourselves on our core values of being trustworthy, team-minded, and teachable, and we are looking for individuals who embody these principles. In this fast-paced environment, employees will be tasked with achieving daily and weekly production goals set by the manager, which includes a company-wide target of producing 35 pieces per hour. The ability to produce quick and accurate work is crucial, as is the commitment to maintaining a positive and productive work atmosphere.
