About The Position
We are a well-established business with multiple studio locations and are looking to hire a full-time experienced Portrait Photographer to work at our Austin, TX location. Our luxury portrait studio provides our clients with a unique and high-end experience, and our successful candidate will be a key part of ensuring that clients have a pleasant and memorable experience. The shift will be 3.5 days per week, Thursday through Sunday. Note: The ideal candidate must be good with working with people of all ages and with pets throughout the duration of the session as we photograph families, children/babies, and pets within our studios. As a Portrait Photographer, you will develop a thorough understanding of our luxury experiences and greet clients when they arrive for their magical adventure. You will be responsible for correctly posing and positioning clients while ensuring the correct lighting for each pose. Capturing photos, saving them, and setting up premieres for clients will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will keep the studio, dressing rooms, and reception area clean to ensure that each guest has a consistent and pleasant experience. After each session, you will be expected to put away dresses, costumes, and any accessories to help maintain their integrity. Flexibility in working collaboratively with coworkers and independently is essential, as is the ability to have constructive conversations to achieve company goals.
