The Barbara H. Hagan School of Nursing and Health Sciences at Molloy University seeks a full-time nursing faculty member with expertise as Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our supportive and energetic community of teacher-scholars. The candidate should have a strong clinical practice background as an APRN, along with enthusiasm for teaching, curriculum development, student evaluation, program assessment, advisement, service, and scholarship. Our nursing programs take a holistic and personal approach to the development of students as clinicians, leaders, and advocates for health equity and improvement of healthcare, and as lifelong learners. The ideal candidate will share this commitment. The position will provide the candidate with the opportunity to teach relevant courses, supervise and coordinate clinical practica in the specialty, and participate in curriculum innovation, primarily in the PMHNP program, with additional opportunities to teach and mentor undergraduate, graduate and doctoral nursing students, and participate in scholarly work, depending on program need and candidate qualifications.
